Nice prepared track, best weather as well as good organization made the race again really nice as I do like the track and everything around.
Unfortunately I wasn't able to visit the track already on Saturday for practice which meant I had to drive my very first lap directly in Q2 and the last time I had been in Wächtersbach was like one year ago. As we tried some new clutch and engine setups for the Worlds later this year my package was not perfect so far.

Happily I found a nice and well balanced starting setup for my XRAY NT1'16 which I use everytime when I visit a track - so only minor changes had to be done. In Q3 my Orcan engine and clutch worked perfectly again after we made some changes we discussed.

Starting second without much practice was cool. In the final Thilo (TQ) had some issues at the start which made his car tweaked and hard to drive. My XRAY was perfect and I was able to get a one lap gap. Unfortunately I have to admit two stupid mistakes cost me lots of time and my tire consumption has been higher than we thought. Anyway in the end Mirco Thalmeier was able to grap the win (congrats for that it has been a nice fight) and I finished 3 sec behind him in 2nd position after the 30 min final.
